Refund Policy
At Berry Health, we strive to provide a fair and seamless experience for all our clients. Below is our refund policy, clearly outlining the scenarios under which refunds will or will not be processed:
When Refunds Will Be Processed
Appointment Cancellations: If an appointment is cancelled at least 3 hours before the scheduled time, a refund will be issued.

Missed Appointments
If a patient misses three appointments in a row, no refunds will be processed. We kindly encourage clients to prioritise their scheduled appointments to avoid this situation.
Appointment Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 3 hours before the appointment time will qualify for a refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the appointment time do not qualify for a refund.
Technical Issues
Refunds will not be processed for technical issues on the patient’s side. Our missed appointment policy still applies in these cases.
Medication Orders Refund Policy
Customer Paid for Delivery but Opted for Pickup: The delivery fee will be refunded once the item is picked up.
Customer Paid for Express Delivery but Used Standard Delivery: The difference in delivery fees will be refunded.
Medication Out of Stock:
If neither Berry Health nor our suppliers have the medication in stock, we will notify the customer that it is regionally low in stock.
A 48-hour timeframe will be provided to acquire the medication. If it remains unavailable after this period, and the customer can no longer wait. A full refund may be processed.
